Retuns and Refunds Policy

By selling, buying or transacting on the mycodir.com website you agree to the terms and conditions as well as to the returns and refund policy stated here on the Mycodir.com website.

This Returns and Refunds policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) of South Africa

The provision of goods and services by The Sellers on Mycodir Pty Ltd website is subject to the availability of a product.

In the event that during the processing of The Order, if any product is not available, The Seller has the right to mark the respective products as being out of stock.
The Buyer will be able to see this happen in real-time on The Order.

The Buyer and The Seller has the option to cancel The Order, in part or in full at anytime prior to The Buyer accepting the goods by clicking on the "Goods Accepted" button on The Order.

Any funds due to The Buyer in the event of The Order being canceled or goods retuned before The Buyer has clicked on the "Goods Accepted" button will be immediately refunded to The Buyer's MyCodir Account, which can be used for The Buyer's next purchase, or can be refunded to The Buyer's bank account upon request by The Buyer via a standard EFT payment at the cost equal to the amount charged by the bank (banking fees).

The cancellation of The Order, or goods within The Order either by The Buyer or The Seller will attract a 0% administration fee.

The Return of any products in The Order after The Buyer has confirmed receipt of the respective products

The Buyer has the right to return any faulty products within 14 days from date that The Buyer had accepted the goods by clicking ont the "Goods Accepted" button on The Order provided that the respective products are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were at the time when The Buyer accepted the goods.

The Buyer is required to contact The Seller and arrange for the respective products to be collected by The Seller within 24 hours at a time agreed upon by both parties.

Goods that cannot be returned after The Buyer has accepted them are:

The Buyer must check each item for any faults, freshness (if applicable), and that it's expiry date (if any) has not yet lapsed before accepting the goods.

Any goods that are returned could, at the discretion of The Seller, attract an administration fee of up to 10% of the price of the respective goods' net selling price as per invoice.

Any goods returned that are under a factory warranty will be handled according to the warranties terms and conditions.

In the event of a dispute Mycodir (PTY) LTD will have the final say which will be binding to all parties involved.

All parties agree that under no circumstances may Mycodir.com or their staff be held responsible for any loss that others may suffer when using the Mycodir.com website.

Any goods that are returned for a refund is required to be removed from it's original invoice so as to take into account the effect it has on the overall bulk discount shown on The Order's invoice.

Changes to the above Policy

We may update our Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.

You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
